House Mom

Provides daily supervision, guidance, and support to residents of Mary’s Refuge. This role ensures the home operates safely, smoothly, and with dignity, fostering growth, responsibility, and respect among residents.

Child Care Director / Lead Teacher

Provides leadership for the child care center while also serving as a lead teacher in the classroom. Responsible for daily operations, staff supervision, curriculum oversight, compliance, and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment for children.
