I am a mother of four boys ages 22, 19, 18, 16 and have been married to my husband Jesse for over 16 years. I come from a troubled background where I experienced first hand what those I serve go through or have gone through today. My husband and children have been my main support and what drives me to continue to better myself and helped grow me into the wife, mother, and provider I am today.
I am a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker with over 5 years of experience supporting individuals through comprehensive care coordination, employment barriers/employment, addiction recovery, mental health recovery work, ADL’s (activities of daily living), health care navigation and resource navigation.
I have a strong background in healthcare, social work, mental health services, trauma informed care which specializes in assessing client needs, developing individualized service plans, advocating for effective support systems that promote long-term well-being, navigating resource systems, addiction treatment/ recovery plans, fire ground operations/ management, and disaster planning/ ground operation. I also am known for a client-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to empowering underserved populations. I want to help make a difference within my community and it starts with being the voice to those who have been looked past or have lost their way.
